DL- drivers license number

A photo unedited is required for your members photo,(If applying as a couple It must be a photo of both members together unedited).

The profile picture can be of a meme or an edited photo as long as it is tasteful!! 
(we reserved a right to delete any photos deem not appropriate)

Acceptance:

- If accepted, you will be notified via email. Club Sinday reserves all rights to choose our members.
